Get rid of ASP nomenclature

  • rename asp library to server
  • rename aspd binary to captaind
  • rename aspd-rpc crate to server-rpc
  • rename aspd-log crate to server-log
  • rename asp mentions in code to server
  • rename asp mentions iin testing to server
  • change asp mentions in README, CI etc to server or captaind as appropriate
  • and while I'm at it, change ark-lib folder to lib and ark-testing folder to testing
