aspd: Make round procedure more robust when errors happen

Some errors we can actually just log a warning for and continue operations. Some errors we have to abort the round, but nothing too bad happened, so we can just retry a new round. There is only one case where the error is fatal: when we can't store the new round's result in the db. I changed the db code to make this final round interaction a single db transaction and that's the only fatal error path. I made sure all round details are logged so that we could manually intervene.
