What I'm working on

• 🔧 Berkshire IT Services — on-site & remote support for homes and small businesses. Computer repair, malware removal, Wi-Fi dead-zone hunts, data recovery, new-PC setup.
• 📡 residential-network-diagnostics (coming soon) — open-source scripts for diagnosing flaky home broadband: bufferbloat, channel congestion, DHCP weirdness. The toolkit I actually use on call-outs.
• 🧰 BITS internal tooling — the worker scripts, checklists and automation that keep a one-person IT business running like a ten-person one.
