[Feature Request] Passive background colour

This might be a weird one!! So for some reason, I really like the aesthetics of the Windows search bar! Now to make it stand out it would be better if it was white. When I looked there was no background color when you're not doing any actions (hover/active)

Is there any way for this to be implemented? (i just hovered over it to make the illusion)
