Dash to Dock (LHS position): Arc Menu moves to bottom of dock again on each Login when set to top in Dash to Dock Settings

Describe the issue

With Dash to Dock setting the App Menu to appear at the start (i.e. top when on LHS), on logging in again the Arc Menu appears at the bottom. The setting on Dash to Dock settings remains unchanged. So, it appears it is being overridden by ArcMenu.

• ArcMenu version: 19
• ArcMenu set to Unity Theme
