Version 31 of ArcMenu has been released

In this round of updates we have made many refinements and updates to the ArcMenu code and improved upon v30 of ArcMenu, please see below some notable changes and refinements in this round of updates (for a full list please see the commits).
- Please note: for those who download from Gnome extensions v31 is currently awaiting a code review and should hopefully be available shortly.
Feature List for ArcMenu v31
(1) - Tooltip and app right click menu
- ArcMenu now has a right click menu feature for installed applications and search results and now has full tooltip support.
(2) - Redesigned hot key binding GUI
- Please see video below for more details.
(3) - Frequently used Apps List
- We are pleased to now add the frequently used apps list to the categories view this will allow users to have quick access to their frequently used apps.
(4) - Updates to prefs.js
- ArcMenu's settings has received more updates and refinements.
(5) - Code refactoring
- Also the code base for ArcMenu has been given some needed attention for this round of updates.
(6) - Translation updates
- The Translations POT and architecture has now been updated to reflect all the new changes in ArcMenu ready for translators
(7) - Backport - Support for variable gnome-shell versions
- Probably the one feature we are happy to bring in this round of updates is the ability to now backport the code base of ArcMenu for earlier versions of gnome-shell which will allow alot more users to now enjoy the new features ArcMenu has to offer.
please note we class this feature as experimental until we get more feedback from users confirming its success when installing ArcMenu on earlier gnome-shell versions.
(8) - CSS updates for code change
- Finally the CSS for different elements of ArcMenu has also been given a update to better reflect system theme changes and style elements.
