JobStream

This subgroup contains the repository for "JobStream 2" and the -infra needed for deploying it with ArgoCD. Main differences compared to JobStream as part of JobSearch-apis:

• Separate repository with only JobStream.

• New endpoints for delivering ads as NDJSON in addition to the existing JSON endpoints.

• Deprecation of the original endponts to get consistent naming.

• Requires Elasticsearch.
