Python3/2?
Hey,
First of all, let me say that I really enjoy using ARrandR, and I think it's the best graphical front-end for xrandr.
I was wondering, in the webpage of ARrandR, under dependencies you claim python3 is a dependency but in the README of the repo you claim python2 is needed. According to the dependency tree of Arch Linux, the package pygtk
is needed for arnadr
and pygtk
depends on some python2 packages. That's the way it is on Arch Linux and perhaps other distros don't mark pygtk as depended on python2. Therefor I'm not sure if the answer should be given here or by pygtk or in the Arch Linux community. I'm asking this because according to this website Python 2 will eventually retire in 1/1/2020.
