[Feature Request] Being able to make hotkeys to switch between resolutions

So that for example,you can make a hotkey to set you resolution to 20160p,if you press it,then that will be applied,and if you press that shortcut again,then it will be your normal resolution again. Cause I would like to fastly switch the resolution.
