  1. "internal communication platform". e.g. cafe "wildeman" employs 140 men (but also rest. El Puente has similar challenges), many part-timers. Develop an app for the internal staff. Staff with a higher role can upload instructional videos/pictures themselves (how do I make a cheese board, also learn something about the cheeses on it. There is an onboarding checklist for new staff (upload a copy of the passport, later also record assessment interviews: upload a file by a manager). Playbook (text, pictures) must be visible in the app: how does the business work, instructions for drinks. In addition to a relatively static information provision, the app must also have a task module. Higher roles (chef, owner, managers) ) assign tasks to personnel with a short description and time of execution, and reminders must also be attached to this.
