abstractions/samba: allow use of /run/lock/samba

Merged Cameron Nemo requested to merge cameronnemo/apparmor:void-samba-runlock into master

Some distros use /run/lock/samba as the Samba lock directory, so allow that in the samba abstraction in addition to /run/samba.
