misc dovecot fixes
I just rebuilt my dovecot IMAP server with Ubuntu 18.04 using the profiles from 19.04 (sync'ed from commit f2c0a113). Since 18.04's Apparmor doesn't support "include if exists", I had to locally revert commit d9ab8328 but needed no other changes aside from that.
While not a standard test setup, I believe the changes I needed (proposed here) still apply for newer OS/dovecot versions.
