rename processors/functions to aos_functions or processors

Initially, the thought was that semantically, these are functions, as in functional programming.

However, function is a reserved word, so we had to use another name, and "processor" was chosen as the best descriptive fit. Externally we planned to still use 'function'.

However, it is proving inconsistent and potentially confusing. So we should use a consistent naming convention.
