This MR includes content script for twitter. It Scraps twitter post currently open in windows and check if those belong to news category or not. If belongs to news Category then it sends its content for fact-checking. Currently, only 20 Handles are added for verification, It will be soon extended. Mutation observer is included to sense new tweets and send them for fact-checking.
