Fake news API

AMARDEEP KUMAR requested to merge ad_6398/social-street-smart:fake_news_API into master

This MR contains all necessary file to host API of Fake News ML model. till now Feature engineering scripts, Preprocess scripts and script to make embedding are included with this MR.

Edit: all files and scripts to host API are included now. API has been tested on a local server and its working properly.
