Added front-end to upload document of user's choice

Added front-end screen option to Upload a local file that user wishes to translate. It also has a facility of redirecting to "Options" page directly.

(WIP : The "Options" page is currently not yet instantiating, needs to code from scratch to call the options.setup() angular method calls).
