WIP:Testing

Rishabh Maheshwary requested to merge rishmaheshwary/CrowdAlert-Mobile:testing into master

Added __mocks__ folder, changed package.json and .babelrc for testing.

I resolved some of the initial errors which were there while running the npm test command. But the npm test command still fails. Tried various solutions but nothing works. So a work in progress. Anybody got a clue ?
