Fix the Edit Profile Modal

Current Behaviour: The Edit Profile Modal does not appear to be centric and isn't scrollable.

Expected Behaviour: The Edit Profile Modal should be centric.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Open http://localhost:3080 (or https://carbonhub.org) and click Login.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on the Edit Profile icon.
