Support for fields under reduce emission guidance system

Fixes #58 (closed) With all the data about carbon emission due to various activities and object, a user might feel the need to take a step to reduce the emission. The reducing emission menu informs the user about various methods to reduce GHG emissions like NGO, Food, Air Travel, Transportation, Clothes and Shopping, Trees and Home Appliances. When the user opts for a specific field from the menu through suggestion chips, a basic card along with details regarding the emission control for the field is shown for the display screen device and a monologue is provided for the Google home. Support for daily updates has been added. It keeps the users up to date and action relevant by sending daily updates at the time opted by the users Here's a preview of the responses for screen display devices:-
