Wizard support for Poultry related emission queries

Fixes #54 (closed) by adding wizard support for poultry related emission queries and makes the platform more user-friendly.

• Menu support added for Poultry
• Suggests parameter Region
• Suggests parameter Quantity
• Adds a list of Poultry Types. Adds both images and description in the list.
• Adds a list of Poultry Region.
• User can query both directly and through the wizard support. Adds context-management support for both.
• Google home response added for non-display screen devices.
