WIP: Added new frontend UI and workflow of 2fa for the puzzle

Created the mockups for front-end with the workflow of 2FA.

Front end mockups: I was working on an interactive login page for agora, I have updated the design of the login page as well. Here's a clip of how it works. I have kept the halo effect for the login form inputs and a logo which responds to the movement of the cursor. AGORA_LOGIN
