Antora not picking the latest changes in repo

I've forked Demo Docs Component B and Component A repositories. When I Run Antora, it's not picking the updates I've pushed to the repo. antora-playbook.yml is pointing to the correct repo and I can see the updates in repo but when the site is generated it continues to use old content (I've no idea where it's picking this content from). What am I missing?
