Attach origins array to component version object

In #978 (closed), the array of origins was added to the component version bucket (the raw input of a component version). However, this property does not make it to the constructed component version object. This information can be useful for extensions that want to go back to the repository to fetch more files or operate on it during or after the contentClassified event. The origins property on the component version bucket should get propagated to the component version object.
