Add ! to status code for netlify redirects
Netlify is now recommending the use of the force flags on individual page redirects. This allows Netlify to avoid checking if the file for the original request exists before redirecting. This happens to match our use case, so we can think of it as an optimization. This won't change existing behavior unless the old file was still hanging around in the published site.
