Report clearer error if component descriptor cannot be parsed

If the component descriptor cannot be parsed, the error message doesn't mention the component descriptor specifically. Instead, it only shows the original error along with the source url and ref. Thus, the user doesn't understand that the message applies to the component descriptor.

The parser error should be caught and wrapped. The top-most message should state that the component descriptor could not be parsed and is thus invalid.
