Add support for including content from a URL (i.e., remote include)
Add support for including content from a URL (i.e., a remote include) when the allow-uri-read attribute is set. This matches the behavior of the Asciidoctor core processor.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
