xref-macro-with-resource-id-for-page.svg is rendered incorrectly on Chrome-based browsers

Please see the attached screenshot with Firefox 108.0.1 on top, Brave 108.1.46.144 in the bottom. Same incorrect behavior is also observed with Vivaldi. All tested on 64-bit Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS.
