Transferring the Couchbase "On this page"
I had a play with moving the table of contents to the default UI from the Couchbase UI.
Mostly as a learning opportunity. It's really just copy pasting @mojavelinux's work on the Couchbase UI with worrying additional incompetence added. I will not be offended if this is mercifully closed without comment!
I added some Stackexchange Javscript to deal with the fixed header problem...
I wonder if we are going down the line of Javascript generated tocs whether including Tocbot might be a good approach.
