Page position when jumping to in-page anchor is wrong
I'm using the Antora Docs Site as a test bed. The specific page in the Antora component to use when demonstrating this bug is AsciiDoc > Page Header.
Scenario:
Click on the link to the Page Header page from the nav menu.
While you're on the Page Header page, click the Page Title link in the nav menu.
Page Title is actually a section in the Page Header page.
When the browser jumps to this anchor, the section heading and first paragraph sentence end up underneath the task and navigation bars.
Instead, the section heading should be positioned below the task bar.
Interestingly enough, when you navigate to another page, let's say the Playbook page, and then click Page Title in the nav menu, the browser jumps to the correct position (i.e. the section heading is displayed beneath the task bar).
So this bug may only manifest when you're jumping to an in-page anchor on the page you're already on.
This bug was observed in Chrome and Firefox.
