replace new fs.Stats() with plain JavaScript object

When running npm run bundle with node v22, you get a deprecation warning in the build step:

(node:16795) [DEP0180] DeprecationWarning: fs.Stats constructor is deprecated.
(Use `node --trace-deprecation ...` to show where the warning was created)

It would be great if the referenced solution could be applied here too
