Copy system Node.js files if symlinks aren't enabled on Windows
The plugin uses symlinks to link from the local Node.js installation directory to the system Node.js when the nodeExecutable
parameter is specified. In order to create a symlink on Windows, developer mode must be available. Not all users will know how or be allowed to turn on developer mode. The plugin should handle this situation gracefully by copying the system Node.js files to the local Node.js installation directory instead. This also saves us from having to write documentation and field support requests when developer mode is not turned on.
(If the frontend-maven-plugin allowed the path to the Node.js executable and node_modules directories, it wouldn't be necessary to set up this link/copy, so the need to link or copy the system Node.js files may become unnecessary in the future).
