Package for Debian/Ubuntu, RHEL/Fedora/Rocky, Suse, MacOS

Packaging for these platforms would be nice, but also implies packaging all the dependencies.

It makes sense to use openSUSE Build Service to do so for most Linux distros, as it's a public instance of the Open Build Service (OBS) used for offering packages from same source for Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, SUSE Linux Enterprise and other distributions.

Packaging should be automated with Gitlab CI.
