Remove pyatran.plot module

There's a module pyatran.plot which currently only contains one convenience function for plotting BAMFs. Are you guys using it, @marbsrednas @lalvarado @jakob_b ? If not, I'd vote for removing it altogether form pyatran. What do you think?
