Feature request: config file for your default location(s)

I tend to need to know the local time in ~5 zones, they don't change very often. I'd be cool if I could specify them in a simple config file, something like:

default = UTC
others  = ["America/Montreal", "NZ-Chat", "Antarctica/Troll"]

I'd suggest in the help that people use a location like above rather than Etc/GMT+11, because humans keep forgetting which place has DST, when they switch and how much the offset is.
