firewall: block telnet from the AP and LAN-ipv6 to avoid getting rooted by telnet before the root password was changed.

Use /sys/class/ieee80211/phy0/macaddress to determine the MAC address, since at first boot, we can't rely on ifconfig wlan0, the device does not exist yet.

Save the IPv6 /60 prefix in a uci config file, and check at boot if the value exists to determine whether to launch auto configuration (setup_reseaulibre).

radvd for the AP: broadcast a DNS server so that clients connected to that AP can do DNS resolution.

Wireless config: set wmm=1 (req. for 802.11n and normally enabled by default in openwrt); set the correct network for the AP, set correct wifi device (wlan0, not wlan0-1), remove ipv4 test config for AP.

Big (experimental) change: use a /60 instead of a /64 when using a block from the wiki. Assign one of the /64 to the lan interface, and another to the AP interface.

Do not configure DHCP on the LAN interface if we are providing an IP address on the command line. Assume that the user already has configured her network correctly.

Default relay name: use the form reXXXX.relais.reseaulibre.ca. Sort of redundant, but we want to encourage naming foo.relais.reseaulibre.ca.
