support paged feeds

Paged feeds RFC5005 allows feed providers to offer multiple pages for feeds, which can provide for much longer listing while keeping the first page still compact.

We should support this: i think what we need to do is to detect the rel links (1) and (2) when we run out of entries from our count, start fetching from following pages.
