don't put the feed database into ~/.cache

I made an oopsie yesterday and had to restore my home directory from the most recent backup. As ~/.cache is meant to only contain redundant data, it was not included in the backup – but my ~/Maildir/Feeds folder was. Therefore, when running feed2exec again after restoring the backup, it fetched all my feeds again into my Maildir, which means that I now have to manually deduplicate about 2000 messages… 😕

Of course, this is better than losing messages from the feed, but given that the sqlite DB contains some non-redundant data (the state of which feed items were already fetched), I think it should rather live somewhere in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME instead.

What do you think?
