Permission ?

I'm using your Fly with Nostalgia mod on my survival server with friends, and I really love it! However, I would like to suggest a small feature:

Would it be possible to add a permission system (e.g., a specific permission node) to allow players to activate flight without being OP? I don't want to OP everyone on the server, but I still want to let some players use the mod.
