Clarify ubuntu secure boot doc · b8a6f937
      Jeremy Newton authored

This is to clarify that to use secure boot, it must be enabled on the
system prior to installing the driver.

This is because we rely on the debian package "shim-signed", which only
generates a key and signs if secure boot is enabled when building a dkms
      kernel module.

Create the link using sphinx references instead of hardcoding.

This also works with the manpage too.

For ROCr OCL suggest updating permissions · 3d165b27
      Jeremy Newton authored

This is pertaining to SWDEV-249908. Since ROCr uses kernel level calls
to render nodes, the end-user needs to make sure they have the correct
      permissions.

Some suggestions have been added on how to add the current user to the
required groups. For newer OS's, such as Ubuntu 20.04 and RHEL 8, the user
being in the render group is required. For older OS, adding the user to
the video group is likely only needed in headless situations (although it
seems like it would be best to suggest adding it regardless).

This seems to be based on OS policy, not on upstream code, so this is
worded as suggestions, rather than instructions.
