[request] Option to skip matching directories

Would it be possible to include an option so that a specific directory (and its subdirectories) are excluded from comparison in both source and destination?

The reason I need it is, I have a disk with hundreds of files and I intentionally put duplicates under a specific folder, and they are being reported every time I use hsync.
