VAT not included in price

First, thank you for taking the time to create this plugin.

I've been testing it and I noticed that the amount of the payment doesn't include the VAT. I've the Swiss VAT of 8.1% configured in WooCommerce.

I've seen the same issue with the original plugin and the fix doesn't seem trivial.
