DKIM signing for outbound messages needs fixing

amavisd-new release 2.11.0 broke DKIM signing for outbound messages. There is a known patch available which I integrated into a Gentoo Linux ebuild (see https://bugs.gentoo.org/603582), but I am not certain if this patch fixes all problems.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
