DOCUMENT_HANDLER should default to xdg-open instead of gnome-open

When configuration directive not found on either /etc/superkbrc or $HOME/.superkbrc, Superkb defaults DOCUMENT_HANDLER to gnome-open.

xdg-open should be a better alternative in the general case.
