Unable to perform physical touch on elements that have more than one camera pointing at them

I have been making APKs manually (without the AltUnityTester UI) by putting the prefab in the first scene and then setting ALTUNITYTESTER as a scripting define symbol.
My laptop has a touch screen so I can play the game in editor with touch as well. I have noticed that after I add the scripting define symbol, some elements don't react to my physical touches anymore. But they do react to the mouse clicks in the editor. This behavior is passed on to any APK I make. After installing the APK, the game doesn't react to any physical touches made on those elements. I tried to use AltUnity commands to perform touches and they don't work on these elements either.
I've tried to pinpoint the exact issue and the only thing I see in common for all the elements that stop responding to touches is that they have more than one camera pointing at them.
This problem only starts after I add the scripting define symbol. Just to test, I made another APK with prefab and without the scripting define symbol and the elements reacted to physical touches.
Steps to reproduce
- Have elements in the game with more than one camera pointing on them.
- Make build with prefab in first scene and scripting define symbol set.
- Try to touch the elements after installing build on a device.
