Bookmarks do not appear in the correct folder

I just installed v 1.11.1 and realized there are bookmarks appearing in the incorrect position within my folders. My root folder has subfolders but zero bookmarks in my Nextcloud instance, but this app is showing five random bookmarks at this level. I am connected to my self-hosted instance with an app password.
