Publish to open-vsx.org

Thanks a lot for this excellent extension! Would it be possible to also publish it on open-vsx.org? This way, it could be e.g. used in gitpod as well. I need this quite urgently (for a snakemake tutorial). If I can be of any help, just let me know.
