Overhaul room and hotel amenities

There are a lot of duplicate, similar and outdated codes. What if we overhaul the complete list so that we are flexible about what to add/remove? Another use case could be adding new codes instead of waiting a new OTA release with that codes being added.

e.G.

new:

• Garden
• Lake View
• Water Boiler
• Gas Stove (105 Stove is too generic)
• Electric Stove (105 Stove is too generic)

outdated:

• 163 DVD Player
• 214 iPod docking station
• 213 DVR player

similar:

• 39 Fire alarm
• 40 Fire alarm with light
• 107 Telephone
• 110 Telephones with message light
• 123 Wireless internet connection
• 207 Complimentary high speed internet in room

not suitable:

• 165 Separate line billing for multi-line phone
• 196 Extra adult charge
