Update supplements ChargeType

This issue blocks #63 (closed)

During a reservation the number of optional elements in non-mandatory supplements should be configurable. This independently of its ChargeType. While for mandatory supplements the number of elements has to be fixed or calculated (i.e. not configurable by the guest during reservation) and ChargeType "item" cannot be used.
