Management of guests with pets

We noticed a growing need by the hoteliers to manage pets reception. Pets management can touch various perspectives:

• availabilty/unavailability to host guests with pets, presence of infrastructures or services for pets, etc.

• indication in bookings or guest requests about the presence of pets (maybe with size, number, etc.)

• indication in rates about possible pets supplements

We think it could be interesting to manage this information within AlpineBits and would like to discuss about it. A possible starting point could be to add such indication in the GuestRequest messages. Eventually it could be possible to figure out one or more standardized Supplements to be managed in the RatePlan messages.
