Add jqueryui Bundles

Ariel Rin requested to merge soratidus999/allianceauth:jqueryui into v2.9.x

I am using jQuery UI in AA-Market-Manager.

I could include this bundle in Market-Manager, but throwing it into Alliance Auth allows this to be used by other apps.

I'm also new to JS and open to feedback on the appropriateness of using jQuery UI at all
